ServeClub: Homegrown Pickleball Gear Brand Expands in India
ServeClub, a rising name in the pickleball gear market, has attracted seed investment from notable figures including Manish Poddar, co-founder of Rare Rabbit, Pratham Mittal, founder of Masters’ Union and Tetr, and Malika Sadani, co-founder of The Moms Co.
The funds will be utilised for product innovation and to enhance both online and offline sales across India.
This brand was established by a diverse group of students from the US, Cuba, Mexico, Germany, and India who are currently studying at Tetr College of Business. ServeClub provides USAPA-certified paddles priced between Rs 7,000 and Rs 9,000, offering a cost-effective alternative to international brands that typically price their products over Rs 15,000.
ServeClub asserts that it has collaborated with more than 25 organisations, including courts, clubs, and various fitness brands, with ambitions to increase monthly sales by 20–25% over the next two quarters. Plans for growth include direct-to-consumer sales and hosting community engagement initiatives.
Market research indicates that the pickleball sector in India is expanding at a remarkable 26% CAGR, with over 50,000 players participating. Globally, the market is anticipated to reach $1.59 billion by 2031.
