Smallest.ai, an innovative Enterprise Voice AI platform, has successfully raised $8 million through seed funding led by Sierra Ventures, with additional support from 3one4 Capital and Better Capital. The funding will be directed towards broadening its presence in North America and India, improving its AI-powered voice automation solutions, and enhancing enterprise adoption in strictly regulated sectors like banking, financial services, retail, healthcare, and IT.
The startup, which operates out of San Francisco and Bengaluru, has also appointed Apoorv Sood as the Global Head of Go-To-Market (GTM) to spearhead enterprise growth, forge partnerships, and promote adoption across international markets.

Founded by Sudarshan Kamath and Akshat Aandloi, Smallest.ai’s unique platform integrates speech recognition, natural language understanding, and speech synthesis to facilitate real-time, high-quality conversations. Their Lightning engine boasts a latency of just 100 ms, while the Electron model is reported to be ten times faster than existing industry standards.
