Stackbox Logistics Tech Startup to Raise Rs 23.18 Crore
Bengaluru-based logistics technology startup Stackbox is preparing to secure Rs 23.18 crore (approximately $2.63 million) through its Series A funding round from Enrission India Capital and White Whale Ventures. The board of Stackbox is expected to approve the issuance of 1,005 Series A compulsory convertible preference shares at a price of Rs 2,30,713 each to obtain this funding, as indicated by a regulatory filing from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). So far, Stackbox has successfully raised Rs 13.2 crore from Enrission India Capital, with the remainder from White Whale Ventures anticipated soon.
Growth Projections for Stackbox
According to estimates from Startup Superb, the valuation of Stackbox is projected to increase by more than 30%, reaching Rs 375 crore or $42.6 million post-money.

As per reports from various startup data intelligence platforms, Stackbox has raised over $2 million to date, which includes a $1.2 million seed funding round spearheaded by Ecosystem Ventures in August 2021.

For the fiscal year concluding in March 2024, Stackbox reported a profit of Rs 6 crore on an operational revenue of Rs 25.7 crore. Information concerning the FY25 financial performance is still pending.
