Bengaluru-Based Voice AI Startup SuperBryn Raises $1.2 Million

Bengaluru-based voice AI startup SuperBryn has successfully secured $1.2 million in a pre-seed funding round led by Kalaari Capital’s CXXO initiative. This funding round also included contributions from angel investors such as EaseMyTrip co-founder Rikant Pitti, Docket AI founder Arjun Pillai, Sanas AI founder Sharath Narayanan, BMH Group CEO Harish Manian, and actor Nivin Pauly.

The funding will be allocated to enhance product development, expand the engineering team, and scale initial enterprise deployments. SuperBryn, founded by Nikkitha Shanker and Neethu Mariam Joy, is creating a sophisticated evaluation, observability, and self-learning layer for enterprise voice AI solutions.

Focus on Enterprise Voice AI

The platform developed by SuperBryn is designed to monitor and enhance the real-world performance of voice agents in enterprises, particularly in high-risk sectors like healthcare, financial services, and insurance. The firm asserts that its technology aids enterprises in transitioning from pilot stages to full production more swiftly by increasing voice AI reliability and minimising failure rates in live settings.

Target Market and Expansion Plans

SuperBryn is currently focusing on global customers, with particular attention on the US market. The startup has recently been chosen for Nasscom’s InnoTrek USA 2025 and the Mphasis Sparkle Innovation Program, which affords access to enterprise clients in the US.
