Superhealth Welcomes Ex-Dunzo Co-Founder Dalvir Singh Suri as New Operations Chief

Superhealth’s Growth in Healthcare Leadership

Superhealth’s Expansion with Dalvir Singh Suri

Superhealth has named Dalvir Singh Suri, previously co-founder of Dunzo, as its new head of operations as the healthcare startup gears up to expand its hospital network throughout India. Suri brings close to 17 years of expertise in creating and enhancing operational systems.

During his over eight years at Dunzo, Suri focused on establishing hyperlocal enterprises and overseeing complex digital and physical operations. At Superhealth, his primary aim will be to develop the systems, teams, and operating procedures necessary to replicate the company’s healthcare model across various regions.

The startup has ambitious plans to grow from its flagship hospital in Bengaluru to 100 multispecialty hospitals across India within the next five to seven years. Superhealth operates with a zero-wait and zero-commission strategy, employing full-time salaried doctors, fixed all-inclusive pricing, and digitally managed clinical and operational workflows.

Its unique SuperOS utilises AI technology to enhance hospital operations, featuring real-time patient monitoring and clinical audits. The company asserts that its Bengaluru hospital boasts an average length of stay that is approximately one-third of what is typically observed in corporate hospitals.

Suri’s appointment is timely as Superhealth transitions from validating its initial hospital model to constructing the operational framework needed for a network of 100 hospitals.
