Supply6: Leading the Way in Direct-to-Consumer Nutrition
Supply6, a nutrition brand focused on providing direct-to-consumer solutions, has successfully secured $1.1 million (approximately Rs 9.1 crore) in a seed funding round spearheaded by Zeropearl VC. This round also saw involvement from notable entrepreneurs like Kunal Shah, Ashutosh Valani and Priyank Shah, the Co-founders of Renee Cosmetics, along with Yogesh Kabra, the Founder of XYXX. The newly acquired funds are earmarked for expanding the product line, undertaking clinical research, introducing new product formats, and selectively scaling operations in GCC and English-speaking markets. Additionally, Supply6 aims to enhance its leadership roles in areas such as growth, strategy, and product development.
The Foundation and Approach of Supply6
Established in 2020 by Vaibhav Bhandari and Rahul Jacob, Supply6 is dedicated to creating scientifically formulated products based on six essential elements of well-rounded nutrition: protein, carbohydrates, fats, fibre, vitamins, and minerals. Its flagship product, Supply6 360 sachet, consists of over 63 nutrients, probiotics, and plant-based superfoods designed to combat common nutrient deficiencies in Indian diets. Recently, the company has introduced Supply6 Salts, a hydration mix that is free from sugar.
Distribution Channels and Customer Engagement
Supply6 markets its nutrition solutions directly to consumers via its website, as well as prominent online platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, and fast-commerce providers such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Instamart. With a customer base exceeding 200,000 and the involvement of ex-cricketer AB de Villiers as a brand ambassador, the firm is fostering a strong repeat purchase rate of 45% while also expanding its footprint into overseas preventive health markets.
Previous Funding and Financial Backing
The startup had earlier raised Rs 10 crore in funding and received a grant of Rs 25 lakh from the Karnataka government, reinforcing its position in the competitive nutrition industry.
