InstaHelp Achieves 50,000 Daily Bookings

InstaHelp, Urban Company’s quick-service housekeeping segment, has surpassed 50,000 daily bookings in less than a year since its pilot launch in March 2025. Co-founder and CEO of Urban Company, Abhiraj Singh Bhal, has indicated that the platform is on track to exceed 1.5 million monthly bookings shortly. In comparison, the company recorded 1.61 million orders in the quarter ending December 2025.

Rapid Expansion Across Major Cities

Initially launched as a pilot project in Mumbai, InstaHelp has expanded into selected micro-markets within the top five Indian cities, including Bengaluru, Delhi (National Capital Region), Hyderabad, and Pune. The service noted approximately 51,520 bookings on February 22, 2026, as detailed in a stock exchange filing. InstaHelp provides various on-demand services such as cleaning, dishwashing, laundry, and meal preparation.

Investments for Long-Term Growth

According to Abhiraj Singh Bhal, CEO and Co-founder of Urban Company Limited, there is a commitment to investing in the development of a substantial, high-frequency category that enhances platform engagement and fosters long-term growth. Evidence of this investment is becoming apparent through improvements in unit economics and increased repeat usage.

Financial Performance and Competitiveness

In the Q3 FY26 period, Urban Company reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 21 crore, along with an adjusted EBITDA loss of Rs 17 crore, attributed mainly to significant investments in the InstaHelp vertical. The instant home services sector, akin to quick commerce, is experiencing fierce competition, with rivals such as Snabbit and Pronto also securing adequate capital to challenge Urban Company.

Despite these challenges, Urban Company has seen a 32% increase in revenue from operations, reaching Rs 383 crore in Q3 FY26. During this time, InstaHelp achieved Rs 28 crore in NTV and Rs 6.8 crore in revenue.
