Fraganote Secures Funding in Series A Round

Fraganote, a prominent perfumery brand, has successfully secured $3 million in its Series A funding round. The round saw a significant investment of $2.4 million from V3 Ventures, with additional backing of $0.6 million from Rukam Capital, which previously led the company’s pre-Series A round in 2025. Prior to this funding, the Delhi-based startup had raised $1 million in a pre-Series A round led by Rukam Capital in August of the previous year.

Established in 2022 by Arjun Anand and Garima Kakkar, Fraganote prides itself on producing its products in small batches, ensuring a high concentration of perfume oil to deliver longer-lasting fragrances. Moreover, the brand focuses on creating narrative-driven and culturally resonant perfumes.

Distribution Channels

The distribution strategy of Fraganote currently emphasises its owned D2C platform, alongside an expanding presence on quick commerce platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart. The brand is also prominently featured on major marketplaces and is actively extending its reach through Nykaa and modern brick-and-mortar retail outlets.

Customer Growth and Future Aspirations

Fraganote claims to have developed a robust customer base of over 400,000 individuals, boasting a repeat purchase rate of 35%. The company has set an ambitious revenue target of Rs 100 crore within the next 18 months.

Product Offerings

Currently, Fraganote offers a diverse range of approximately 50 SKUs, which includes 32 distinct perfumes under the Eau De Parfum category. Additionally, the brand has partnered with notable names such as Chivas Regal, The Face Shop, and Phool as part of its collaborative portfolio.
