Bengaluru-based home décor and furnishings marketplace Vaaree has successfully raised Rs 65 crore ($6.6 million) in a Series A funding round, spearheaded by Hero Enterprise and Cap Alpha Ventures, previously known as Client Associates Alternate Fund. The company plans to utilise the newly acquired capital to strengthen its fulfilment network, accelerate delivery timelines, and invest in its AI-driven product discovery and home styling technology, particularly its VibeCheck platform.

About Vaaree and Its Offerings

Established in 2022 by Garima, Varun Vohra, and their team, Vaaree operates a specially curated marketplace focused on home products, spanning categories like décor, furnishings, bedding, kitchenware, and lighting solutions. The platform currently showcases over 1.5 lakh products.

VibeCheck Platform Enhancements

Vaaree’s VibeCheck platform is engineered to assist users in discovering products tailored to their tastes, allowing them to create mood boards, visualise product pairings, and purchase coordinated designs effectively.

Plans for Expansion

The startup aims to extend its fulfilment and quality verification centres in strategic markets, bringing inventory closer to consumers which will significantly reduce delivery durations. It is also set to implement next-day delivery services across major cities in India.
