VBAP Holdings Private Limited has recently sold its 23.6% ownership in the co-working solutions company Awfis through a bulk transaction. A corporate notice on the National Stock Exchange confirmed that the company divested 9,96,307 shares at Rs 570.12 per share, amounting to approximately Rs 56.8 crore. As of March 2025, VBAP maintained ownership of 42,17,712 shares, representing 5.92% of Awfis’ entire capital structure. VBAP Holdings functions as an investment and holding enterprise, boasting a diverse portfolio that includes managing financial assets and strategic shares in burgeoning companies.

Just a week prior, QRG Investments had also sold shares of Awfis valued at Rs 22 crore via a bulk deal.

Awfis Performance Highlights

Awfis experienced a year-on-year revenue growth of 30%, achieving Rs 335 crore in operational revenue for Q1 FY26, compared to Rs 258 crore in the same quarter the previous year. Furthermore, the company’s profit increased dramatically, rising 3.5 times to Rs 10 crore in Q1 FY26 from Rs 2.8 crore recorded in Q1 FY25 during the same timeframe.
