Vectorial: Pioneering AI in Human Behaviour Simulation
Vectorial, an AI startup focused on simulating human behaviour for product development, has successfully secured $3 million in a funding round led by SenseAI Ventures. The round also saw contributions from Smilegate, Berkeley SkyDeck, Berkeley AI Research Lab, Dent Capital, Motus Ventures, SUM Ventures, and angel investors who are notable leaders from Meta, Shopify, and Mastercard.
About Vectorial
Founded by Taranveer Singh, Rahul Garg, and Jasmine Kaur, Vectorial aims to assist companies in forecasting user responses to software products, digital interactions, and marketing strategies. Their innovative platform leverages AI simulations to evaluate product concepts without depending solely on traditional surveys and interviews.
Impressive Simulation Metrics
The company states that it has simulated the behaviours of over 2.5 million individuals worldwide, with 500,000 of those being in India, and it has conducted more than 30,000 simulations to date. Their roster of clients includes prominent names such as boAt, GoodRx, Suki AI, Everkind, and Concrete Software, spanning industries like healthcare, gaming, and e-commerce.
SAPIENS Model: A New Standard
Vectorial’s SAPIENS model employs socio-demographic, psychographic, and behavioural data to emulate target audiences across web, mobile, and AI-driven platforms. The company asserts that its model outperforms general-purpose large language models by being 30% more accurate in predicting human behaviour.
Enhancing Research Efficiency
According to Vectorial, their customers conduct around 600 simulations each month, which is roughly equivalent to 40 user studies. This results in an increase of up to 20 times more research than previously possible, showcasing the impact of their advanced simulation capabilities on research efficiency.
