YoLearn.ai, the voice-first AI tutoring platform, has successfully secured $500,000 in a pre-seed funding round, achieving a valuation of $5 million. This funding round was co-led by DataAlpha.ai and White Swan Global, with contributions from a collection of angel investors. The funding will be utilised to enhance its AI tutoring offerings, which include a voice-first audiovisual tutor equipped with live sketchpad features, and to broaden its availability across India’s educational framework and competitive exam landscape, as stated by YoLearn in their press announcement.

Established in January 2025 by Kirti Prakash Mishra, YoLearn.ai is centred on a voice-first AI tutoring platform that facilitates real-time audio dialogues alongside an interactive live sketchpad. This design enables the AI tutor to create diagrams and visually navigate problem-solving while verbally clarifying concepts, resembling the method of a teacher using a whiteboard.

Target Audience and Curriculum Coverage

The platform is aimed primarily at K-12 learners, catering to NCERT, CBSE, ICSE, and state board syllabi. The focus is particularly on students in Grades 9 through 12, who are preparing for board exams while also tackling competitive tests such as JEE, NEET, and CUET.
