ZillOut’s AI SaaS Platform Revolutionises Going Out Experience

ZillOut, a pioneering AI SaaS platform dedicated to enhancing going out experiences in India, has successfully secured Rs 2.75 crores in a recent seed funding round. This funding round attracted contributions from existing investor Jindagi Live Angel Fund, alongside various angel investors. Co-founder Anshul Jhawar also took part in the funding initiative. To date, the company has accumulated a total of Rs 4.35 crores.

Utilisation of Funds

The newly acquired funds will be directed towards advancing AI capabilities, improving automation efforts, developing technology, expanding business operations, enhancing marketing initiatives, and meeting other operational requirements, as stated by ZillOut in a press release.

About ZillOut

Founded in 2022 by Gaurav Sharma and Nayan Mishra, ZillOut serves as an AI platform tailored for real-world experiences and venues. The platform integrates venue operations infrastructure with AI-powered guest intelligence to assist businesses in optimising operations and delivering personalised experiences.

Addressing Industry Challenges

This Bengaluru-based startup tackles significant challenges within India’s fragmented going-out ecosystem. Many venues and organisers are often burdened with managing POS terminals, spreadsheets, booking applications, and third-party promoters. This situation leads to sluggish operations, disorganised data and insights, unnoticed revenue leaks, and perplexed high-value guests.

Platform Features

The platform employs a three-layer strategy—comprising Infra, Data, and Distribution—integrated into a single AI-driven system that enhances the entire going-out process. ZillOut aims to expand its reach to Dubai and Southeast Asia.

Market Traction

The company reports notable traction with over 150 venues onboard across 20 cities, including Goa, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, and Gurugram. The platform manages transactions exceeding Rs 80 crores, facilitates over 6 lakh verified guest entries, and oversees more than 50,000 online bookings, while enabling venues to prevent revenue leakage exceeding Rs 2 crores.
