These tools can transform documents into interactive presentation slides and even create podcast-style summaries, enabling users to produce dynamic multi-format content effortlessly.

Adobe has introduced a novel feature called “Generate Presentation” in Acrobat. This allows users to upload one or several documents for the AI to organise key points, sections, and overall flow. The tool will automatically convert the provided information into an aesthetically pleasing presentation.

Customisable Presentation Options

Users can modify their presentations further by adjusting length and tone. Additionally, they have access to various professional templates and can create custom images using Adobe Express.

AI Assistant for Editing PDFs

In Acrobat, users now have the capability to edit text, swap words and phrases, incorporate e-signatures, and perform numerous other tasks with the new AI Assistant. Adobe has stated that the chat-driven AI in Acrobat offers a more intelligent and efficient method for managing essential PDF tasks through simple, natural language commands.

Generate Podcast Feature in Acrobat

A new “Generate Podcast” feature has been added to Acrobat, which transforms meeting transcripts, emails, attachments, notes, and links into a podcast-style summary. This feature allows users to quickly catch up on missed tasks—whether work-related, personal, or academic—by transforming hours of reading into a concise audio summary. The Generate Podcast feature is easily accessible via the AI Assistant.

Collaboration in PDF Spaces

Furthermore, PDF Spaces enable users to invite collaborators to add files, leave comments, and work together effectively.
