According to Vedantam, the headphones harness Snapdragon Sound along with Qualcomm aptX Lossless technology to provide enhanced audio clarity and detail, offering near-lossless wireless audio and reduced latency, making them ideal for gaming and video playback. This technological blend employs Qualcomm’s Bluetooth High-Speed Link coupled with Qualcomm aptX Lossless to ensure seamless audio transmission even in busy environments.

Vedantam commented that integrating Snapdragon Sound into the Nirvana by Boat product lineup is the outcome of extensive engineering collaboration with Qualcomm Technologies. He noted that every element, from codec optimisation to connectivity improvements, has been meticulously adjusted to achieve consistent, high-fidelity performance.

Technological Features

The Nirvana Eutopia 2 Pro headphones will be powered by the Snapdragon S3 Gen 1 platform, which accommodates 16-bit 44.1kHz CD-quality lossless audio and 24-bit 96kHz high-resolution wireless audio playback.

The chip also boasts a gaming mode featuring 68ms low-latency audio alongside a voice back-channel, essential for in-game communication. Additionally, the chipset supports multipoint Bluetooth wireless connectivity and third-generation adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to effectively block out environmental noise.

Launch Information

While Boat has given a sneak peek of the new Nirvana Eutopia 2 Pro headphones, it has been announced that these will launch in the latter half of 2026. Compared to previous versions, expectations are that this new model will be positioned in a more affordable price bracket while still providing premium capabilities.
