CMF has officially registered as an independent legal entity in India, now recognised as CMF India Private Limited. The registration took place on December 23, 2025, allowing CMF to operate as a specialised entity, no longer overshadowed by its parent company, Nothing. This announcement was made by Akis Evangelidis, co-founder of Nothing, through a post on X (formerly Twitter).
