Nothing’s sub-brand, CMF, is set to launch the Nothing OS 4.0, which is based on Android 16, for users of Phone 1 and Phone 2 Pro in India. The phased rollout is expected to begin within the next few days, starting with the CMF Phone 1. Users of the CMF Phone 2 Pro can anticipate receiving the upgrade beginning in January 2026.

With the introduction of Nothing OS 4.0, CMF users will enjoy features such as an Extra Dark Mode that offers deeper blacks, enhanced contrast, and reduced power consumption.
