OnePlus Nord 5: Next-Gen Mid-Range Smartphone
OnePlus has unveiled exciting details on its forthcoming smartphones: the OnePlus Nord 5 and the OnePlus Nord CE5, providing insights into its new mid-range offerings.
OnePlus Nord 5’s Camera Features
The OnePlus Nord 5 showcases a dual 50MP Ultra-Clear camera system on both the front and back. At the back, the primary sensor is the LYT-700, previously featured in the flagship OnePlus 13 series. This sensor is paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens providing a 116-degree field of view, aimed at capturing expansive scenes with minimal distortion. For selfies, the Nord 5 incorporates a 50MP JN5 sensor equipped with autofocus capabilities.
Advanced Imaging Technology
OnePlus has announced that the Nord 5 will utilise Ultra HDR image capturing technology and can capture motion shots over three seconds: 1.5 seconds before and after the shutter button is pressed. Both the front and rear cameras are also capable of recording high-resolution videos at 4K 60fps.
Details on OnePlus Buds 4
Additionally, OnePlus has provided information about the forthcoming OnePlus Buds 4, featuring cutting-edge noise cancellation technology. The earbuds will include Real-time Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which can reduce noise levels by up to 55dB within a 5500Hz frequency range. The system actively analyses ambient noise up to 800 times per second to ensure responsive and consistent functionality.
New Features in Buds 4
The Buds 4 will also introduce a new Adaptive Mode, typically reserved for high-end devices, which enhances user experience by adjusting noise cancellation based on the environment.
OnePlus emphasizes its dedication to incorporating premium features into mid-range devices; however, no pricing details for the Nord 5, Nord CE5, or the Buds 4 have been disclosed. The new lineup is expected to launch on 8 July. Stay tuned for more updates.
