OnePlus has officially revealed the OnePlus Nord CE5, a device that boasts the impressive MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset and a remarkable 7,100 mAh battery, which the company describes as a “tablet-size battery.”

At the forefront of the Nord CE5 is the advanced MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset, manufactured using TSMC’s 4nm process. This chipset is reported to deliver a 60% enhancement in peak GPU performance while simultaneously decreasing power consumption by 55%.

Performance and Efficiency

Equipped with LPDDR5X RAM, the device is designed to offer reliable performance for mobile gaming, high-definition streaming, and AI-driven content creation. OnePlus claims that the Nord CE5 has achieved an AnTuTu benchmark score of over 1.47 million, positioning it as a strong competitor within its category.

Impressive Battery Life

A key highlight of the Nord CE5 is its substantial 7100 mAh battery. OnePlus asserts that the device can sustain usage for up to 2.5 days on a single charge during regular operations, making frequent charging a thing of the past.

Fast Charging Capabilities

The phone comes equipped with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging technology, which can recharge the battery from 1% to 100% in just 59 minutes. Furthermore, a mere 10-minute charge is said to facilitate over six hours of YouTube viewing. Additional features focused on battery life include Battery Health Magic, a management system aimed at ensuring prolonged battery stability, and Bypass Charging, which enables direct power flow to the device while gaming, thus minimising heat and wear on the battery.

Imaging Features

When it comes to photography, the Nord CE5 is equipped with a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor featuring Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). The camera supports 4K video recording at 60fps and includes enhanced Live Photo functionality with Ultra HDR capabilities.

Launch Date and Availability

The OnePlus Nord CE5 is set to launch in India on 8 July at 2pm, with sales starting from 12 July.
