The new Samsung Galaxy A57 maintains a design reminiscent of the Galaxy A56, featuring a flat aluminium frame, Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection, and a triple camera configuration. However, Samsung has improved the water resistance rating, enhancing it from IP67 to IP68, making the latest model more resilient to water damage.
Furthermore, the Galaxy A57 is sleeker, with a thickness of 6.9mm compared to the 7.4mm of the A56. The weight has also seen a decrease from 198 grams to 179 grams, showcasing significant weight reduction.
When it comes to display, both the Galaxy A57 and Galaxy A56 showcase a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz.

Conversely, the Galaxy A56 comes with an Exynos 1580 processor, which has already established itself with solid everyday performance.
Both models are supported by a 5000mAh battery capable of 45W fast charging.

The Samsung Galaxy A57 has a price tag of Rs 56,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant, and Rs 62,499 for the 12GB + 256GB option.
In contrast, the Galaxy A56 was launched starting at Rs 41,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant. It also offers configurations of 8GB RAM + 256GB and 12GB RAM + 256GB, priced at Rs 44,999 and Rs 47,999, respectively.
When comparing the 256GB models, there is a price difference of Rs 12,000 between the A57 and A56, highlighting a significant price increase for a mid-range smartphone.
