The Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026 is quickly approaching, and Samsung, a leading name in consumer electronics, is ready to present its offerings for the upcoming year. The South Korean technology leader has confirmed that it will reveal next-generation kitchen gadgets at CES 2026, featuring Bespoke AI refrigerators, an over-the-range microwave, and a sophisticated Wine Cellar. All these devices will incorporate vision-based AI capabilities powered by Google Gemini and Google Cloud.
AI Vision-equipped Bespoke AI Refrigerator
At CES 2026, Samsung will introduce its Bespoke AI Refrigerator Family Hub, enhanced with advanced Vision AI capabilities developed through Google Gemini. This innovative refrigerator will now be able to identify a wider array of food products, surpassing the previous limit of recognising up to 37 types of fresh produce and 50 varieties of registered processed foods. Furthermore, it will feature enhanced ingredient recognition, streamlining food list management for users.
Samsung Bespoke AI Wine Cellar with AI Vision
The newly launched Bespoke AI Wine Cellar will also be equipped with AI Vision technology created with Google Gemini. It will feature a camera at the top of the unit for scanning wine labels, enabling users to monitor their collection through the SmartThings AI Wine Manager app. This app will not only provide information regarding the wine but also indicate the specific location of each bottle within the cellar and offer suggestions for food pairings.
Additional Innovations from Samsung
In addition to these significant unveilings, Samsung will roll out new over-the-range Air-Fry and DualVent microwave models. These will include enhancements such as an updated hood design and the introduction of ventilation wings. A Bespoke AI 3-Door French Door refrigerator will also make an appearance at CES 2026. Samsung is clearly making a bold statement in the realm of Bespoke AI home appliances at CES, signifying a substantial advancement with the integration of Google Gemini.
