Mamaearth’s parent company, Honasa Consumer Limited, has announced the resignation of its Chief Business Officer, Zairus Master, who will leave his position on February 28, 2025, due to personal reasons. The Gurugram-based company shared this news in a filing to the stock exchange, stating, “We would like to inform that Mr. Master Zairus, Chief Business Officer designated as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), has tendered his resignation with effect from the closure of business hours on February 28, 2025 due to personal reasons.”

While this strategy is anticipated to yield long-term advantages, it has also led to temporary disruptions, including adjustments in inventory.

– Earlier, in August, Abhishekk Raj Pandey, Senior Vice President – Commercial, left to co-found and become CEO of Zalon, the flagship brand of Z Revolution Tech Pvt Ltd.
On a positive note, the Gurugram-based company elevated Vipul Maheshwari to Senior Vice President of Product and Data Analytics in November last year. Additionally, Dr. Kaustav Guha has been recently appointed as Vice President of Research and Development.
