MoEngage Raises $180 Million in Series F Funding
MoEngage, a leading customer engagement platform designed for consumer brands, has successfully secured an additional $180 million in its Series F funding round. This new investment follows the $100 million raised in November 2025, bringing the overall Series F total to $280 million. The latest funding was spearheaded by fresh investors ChrysCapital and Dragon Funds, alongside Schroders Capital, while existing investors TR Capital and B Capital continued their involvement.
Purpose of the New Investment
The capital obtained will be utilised to drive innovation within the Merlin AI suite, expand go-to-market teams in North America and EMEA, and look into strategic acquisitions that would enhance the platform’s functionality or promote global growth.
Employee Tender Offer and Liquidity Measures
MoEngage has also executed its second employee tender offer, valued at approximately $15 million, allowing 259 current and former employees to access liquidity. This move included selective secondary sales from early investors, which comprised Eight Roads Ventures, Helion Venture Partners, Z47, and Ventureast.
Company Valuation Insights
Although MoEngage chose not to disclose its valuation, estimates suggest that its post-money valuation stands between $850 million and $900 million.
