Airtel Offers One Year of Complimentary Adobe Express Premium Subscription Valued at ₹4,000 to Customers

Access Adobe Express Premium via Airtel Partnership

Bharti Airtel Ltd. has joined forces with Adobe Inc. to provide its mobile, Wi-Fi, and DTH customers with one year of complimentary access to Adobe Express Premium. This initiative marks a significant step for India’s second-largest telecom operator as it aims to integrate AI-driven digital services with essential connectivity.

Airtel has described this as a “global first,” announcing that it will offer Adobe Express Premium, which typically costs around Rs 4,000 annually, free of charge to all its users. Individuals can activate the subscription via the Airtel Thanks app.

According to Airtel, this collaboration will enable users to “unleash their creative potential and generate professional-standard content, regardless of their design proficiency.”

This development follows Airtel’s previous agreement with Perplexity AI, which provided customers with complimentary access to Perplexity Pro. However, that offer was met with criticism after users were later required to input card details within six months to maintain access, raising concerns about transparency.

In response to feedback, Airtel has clarified that obtaining Adobe Express through this new partnership does not require credit card information, alleviating any worries about unexpected charges.

With Adobe Express Premium, Airtel users gain access to a vast array of design templates designed specifically for Indian contexts, such as festivals, weddings, and local enterprises. The package also features AI-enhanced tools including instant background removal, custom image generation, and one-tap video editing.

Users will benefit from premium Adobe Stock assets, over 30,000 professional fonts, 100GB of cloud storage, automatic captions, instant resizing, absence of watermarks, and cross-device synchronization. Adobe Express can be accessed in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Bangla.

The partnership with Adobe illustrates Airtel’s strategy of integrating premium digital tools into its telecom offerings, as competition escalates among Indian carriers to retain customers through enhanced services beyond basic connectivity.
