She highlighted the significance of equitable structures, visibility, recognition, and capability-led inclusion, while cautioning against challenges such as tokenism and unequal work distribution. According to her, leadership behaviour is key in shaping organisational culture.

A panel featuring Varun Kejriwal, Krishna Kumar Singh, Uttam Lal, and Dr. V. K. Singh delved into the essential components of succession planning. They discussed the necessity of systematic talent identification, continuous skill development, structured exposure, and policy-related workforce planning. The panel stressed the importance of blending data-driven insights with human-centric leadership development to create talent pipelines that are prepared for the future.

The day concluded with a session led by cricketer Ajinkya Rahane, who spoke about the significance of maintaining composure, discipline, and clarity in high-pressure situations.
