The funding will be carefully allocated to expand its electric fleet, improve team capabilities, and invest in innovative technology aimed at enhancing overall logistics efficiency, as stated in a press release from the company.

Founded by Ankush Sharma, Chandra Shekhar, and Upma Sharma, Pickkup aims to revolutionize logistics by utilising a fully electric fleet. The company intends to integrate innovative technology to improve delivery efficiency while making significant contributions to decarbonisation initiatives. Given the rising demand for environmentally friendly logistics solutions, Pickkup is poised to make a significant impact in the industry.

The Chandigarh-based startup seeks to develop a sustainable, technology-oriented logistics ecosystem that optimises fleet utilisation while reducing environmental impact. Pickkup plans to enhance the cross-utilisation of its electric vehicles, ensuring that they operate for the maximum number of hours each day. This strategy takes advantage of the lower operating costs associated with electric vehicles, promoting greater efficiency and affordability.

Established in 2020, We Founder Circle provides mentorship and actively invests in early-stage startups. Their investments range from $250,000 to $2 million in startups that embody ambition, sustainability, and a strategic mindset. The venture capital firm has facilitated investments worth $50 million across over 150 deals, with notable investments in leading companies such as BluSmart, Zypp Electric, Kazam, Gauda Aerospace, and Pixxel SpaceTech.
