Stimuler: AI-driven Spoken English Learning Platform Raises $3.75 Million

Stimuler, an innovative platform for learning spoken English using artificial intelligence, has successfully secured $3.75 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Lightspeed and SWC Global. M Venture Partners, Rebright, Force Ventures, GradCapital, and Operators Studio also contributed to this investment.

The funding will be directed towards enhancing Stimuler’s AI infrastructure, expanding the technical team, and increasing its footprint in international markets, especially in Latin America and Southeast Asia. The company’s objective is to amplify monetization by five times in the upcoming 12 to 18 months.

Stimuler provides a voice-first tutoring experience tailored for English-as-a-second-language users. The platform has achieved over four million installs and boasts more than 45,000 paying users across both Android and iOS platforms.

The majority of its user base is located outside India, particularly seeing significant engagement in Indonesia and other regions. Stimuler’s platform delivers real-time feedback to users, focusing on fluency, pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar enhancement.

Currently, the firm caters to users in more than 175 countries.
