Everything You Need to Know About the Nothing Phone 3

Nothing Phone 3 Set to Launch on July 1

The Nothing Phone 3 has an anticipated global launch on July 1, including in India, and ahead of this revelation, a thorough list of specifications has emerged online. Tipster @gadget_bits shared detailed insights on X (previously Twitter), providing a glimpse into what users can expect from Nothing’s new flagship device.

According to the leak, the Nothing Phone 3 will boast a 6.7-inch LTPO OLED display featuring a 1.5K resolution. The device is expected to come equipped with a triple rear camera configuration, including a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera that supports 3x optical zoom. For selfie enthusiasts, a 50MP front camera is likely to be part of the offering, enhancing video calls and self-portraits.

ExclusiveNothing Phone (3) Specifications:

– 6.7″ 1.5k OLED LTPO display
– Rear Cameras: 50MP + 50MP periscope (3x) + 50MP ultra-wide
– Front Camera: 50MP
– 5,150mAh battery (typical) with 100W charging
– Supports Wireless and Reverse Wireless Charging
– NFC and eSIM functionality
– Nothing OS 3.5 on Android 15
– Powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 4

The performance of the Nothing Phone 3 will be driven by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, which has been officially acknowledged by the company. Nothing asserts that the new system-on-chip (SoC) will deliver a 36% boost in CPU performance compared to its predecessor, alongside an impressive 88% enhancement in GPU performance and a significant 60% increase in NPU capabilities when contrasted with the Nothing Phone 2.

Operating on Nothing OS 3.5 based on Android 15, the Phone 3 might be powered by a robust 5,150mAh battery that supports 100W wired fast charging. Features for wireless and reverse wireless charging are also anticipated. Moreover, users can expect additional functionalities including NFC support and eSIM capabilities.

Regarding software updates, Akis Evangelidis, President of Nothing India, hinted at extended support for the Phone 3. The device is likely to receive up to five years of Android OS updates and seven years of security patches, marking a significant enhancement over the previous offering of three years of OS updates and four years of security support provided for the Phone 2.

The official announcement on July 1 will validate these details, but early leaks indicate that Nothing is positioning the Phone 3 as a substantial upgrade across all areas.
