MobiKwik Leadership Promotions to Boost Operations
Fintech platform MobiKwik has announced significant leadership changes aimed at enhancing its core operations. Saurabh Dwivedi has been appointed as chief technology officer (CTO), while Dhruv Wadhera has been promoted to Senior Vice President (SVP) of Offline Payments.
Saurabh Dwivedi’s New Role
Dwivedi joined MobiKwik in August 2023 as SVP of Engineering within the Payments division. In his new capacity, he will oversee engineering across Payments, Financial Services, Core Platform, and Infrastructure & InfoSec. With over twenty years of experience, including a lengthy stint at MakeMyTrip, he has been tasked with driving AI-powered initiatives such as AI-assisted product development, efficient collections, and enhancing the customer experience.
Dhruv Wadhera’s Expansion Plans
Wadhera, who has been at the helm of the offline payments segment since June 2023, will now amplify MobiKwik’s merchant-centric offerings throughout Bharat. He has held senior leadership roles at Zomato, including positions as VP and Sales Director.

Bipin Preet Singh, co-founder and CEO of MobiKwik, expressed confidence in both leaders, stating that “Saurabh and Dhruv have demonstrated exceptional leadership in advancing our technology and distribution capabilities. Current Reach and Financial Status
MobiKwik currently serves over 176 million users and supports 4.6 million merchants across India. In its latest financial report, MobiKwik noted flat revenue of Rs 268 crore for Q4 FY25 compared to the same quarter last year. However, for the entire fiscal year, the company’s revenue increased by 33.9%, reaching Rs 1,192 crore in FY25. On a less favorable note, the company reported a loss of Rs 56 crore during Q4 FY25.
