Lumio Launches Innovative Home Projectors: The Arc 5 and Arc 7

Bangalore-based consumer tech brand Lumio has introduced two new home projectors, the Lumio Arc 5 and Arc 7, aiming to redefine big-screen entertainment for Indian audiences. Both projectors, designed and manufactured in India, run on Google TV, provide certified Netflix support, and emphasise plug-and-play convenience, stylish aesthetics, and reliable local after-sales service.

Features of Lumio Arc Projectors

The Arc 5 is specifically designed for use in bedrooms, dorms, and during travel, weighing just 1.33 kg, featuring 200 ANSI lumens brightness, 5W speakers equipped with Dolby Audio, and the capability to project images up to 100 inches. In contrast, the Arc 7 targets larger spaces with its impressive 400 ANSI lumens and more powerful 2x8W stereo speakers. Both models are powered by Lumio’s exclusive Arclight engine, delivering Full HD 1080p visuals and HDR10 support, all contained within a sealed, dustproof chassis for enhanced durability.

Smart Setup and Connectivity

A prominent highlight is the STR8 (Smooth Trapezoidal Recalibration) system — an intelligent blend of auto-keystone correction, obstacle avoidance, and TOF-based autofocus that facilitates real-time projection adjustments, simplifying setup to just plugging in the device.

Both projectors are equipped with dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, HDMI 2.0, USB 2.0, and a 3.5mm audio output. The included Minion Noir remote features hotkeys for Netflix, YouTube, TLDR, and voice commands via Google Assistant.
