Wellbeing Nutrition Achieves Impressive Growth in FY25

Wellbeing Nutrition, a clean-label nutraceutical brand, recorded significant progress in FY25, achieving approximately Rs 170 crore in revenue, marking over 100% year-on-year growth. However, the company reported an increase in losses, which exceeded Rs 30 crore, as shared by a spokesperson from the company.

Q1 FY26 Revenue and Future Projections

In the first quarter of FY26, the company led by Avnish Chhabria generated around Rs 80 crore in revenue. The contribution margin (CM3) revealed losses of about 2%, which the company anticipates improving in the upcoming quarters. For FY26, Wellbeing Nutrition aims for gross sales of Rs 350 crore while seeking to reduce its losses by 20–30%. The firm projects revenue to reach Rs 600–650 crore in FY27 and intends to achieve EBITDA profitability by the end of the current fiscal year, according to its press release.

Sales Channels and Retail Presence

Online platforms, including its direct-to-consumer (D2C) platform, Amazon, Nykaa, and quick commerce partners, account for approximately 70% of sales. Retail sales through pharmacies, modern trade outlets, malls, and airports contribute 25%, while exports represent 5–10%. The brand is currently available in over 3,700 retail locations across India and exports to more than 25 international markets, including the US, UK, UAE, and Southeast Asia.

Investment and Product Expansion

According to various sources on startup data, Wellbeing Nutrition has successfully raised nearly $14 million to date, which includes a $10 million Series B funding round led by Fireside Ventures and Hindustan Unilever (HUL) in December 2022. Established in 2019, the company has diversified its product range to include categories such as sleep, immunity, beauty, and stress management. In FY26, the brand plans to launch 20–25 new products targeting emerging segments like children’s nutrition and gut health.

Market Competition

Wellbeing Nutrition faces competition from brands such as Oziva, Kapiva, Gynoveda, and Nyumi within India’s expanding nutraceutical and wellness sector. With persistent triple-digit growth and a commitment to scaling operations, the company is positioning itself among a select group of consumer health brands pursuing larger-scale profitability.
