Upliance.ai has launched Upliance 2.O, a next-generation smart kitchen assistant aimed at enhancing everyday cooking experiences in both Indian and global contexts. This latest device enhances the functionality of its predecessor and is driven by the UpAI platform.

Features of Upliance 2.O

The Upliance 2.O is equipped with impressive functionalities, including dedicated recipe modes promoting high-protein and low-oil cooking, accelerated preparation times, and a convenient auto-cleaning feature. As stated by the company, this model is 40% quicker than earlier versions, supports heating up to 160°C for effective browning, and is accompanied by a glass lid featuring a virtual flame indicator. A built-in weighing scale with macro-tracking assists users in monitoring nutritional values and tailoring recipes to meet dietary requirements, such as low-oil, high-protein, high-fibre, kid-friendly, and Jain meal options.

Extensive Recipe Library

The device offers access to over 750 guided recipes alongside AI-driven recipe generation, encompassing an extensive array of Indian cuisines like dal, sabzi, rasam, and biryani, in addition to global staples such as pasta, risotto, hummus, and Thai curry. All recipes are created and tested internally by the Upliance.ai team. Furthermore, the appliance allows for recipe customisation while tracking calories, carbohydrates, proteins, and fats for those mindful of their health.

Improved Functionality

Upliance 2.O features enhanced motor control for functions like chopping and stirring, along with mobile app synchronization for remote operation. Once synced, recipes can be accessed offline, ensuring seamless use without interruptions.

Designed for convenience, most cooking processes occur within a single jar, with detachable parts intended to make cleaning a breeze. This device includes a heat-resistant glass lid, and all accessories are crafted from food-grade materials.
