E-commerce logistics and supply chain company XpressBees has introduced Mohit Sardana as the Chief Executive Officer of its B2C vertical. In this pivotal position, Sardana is set to spearhead the complete business-to-consumer operations of the firm, aiming to create scalable delivery solutions and improve customer satisfaction in the swiftly evolving e-commerce sector.
Sardana arrives with over 20 years of leadership expertise in business strategy, operations, and digital transformation. His most recent role was as the Chief Operating Officer at Zomato’s food delivery segment, and he was also part of the leadership team at Blinkit Commerce. Prior to that, he held senior positions at MakeMyTrip and Accenture where he played an essential role in fostering growth and operational excellence.
In a statement welcoming Sardana to the leadership team, Amitava Saha, Managing Director and CEO of XpressBees, expressed that Sardana’s knowledge in scaling consumer businesses and overseeing digital-first transformations will be crucial in enhancing the company’s B2C operations.
Established in 2015, XpressBees offers comprehensive logistics services that encompass e-commerce, B2B, 3PL, and cross-border logistics. The company is backed by notable investors including Blackstone, TPG, and Alibaba. In July 2023, XpressBees acquired the courier company Trackon and appointed Uday R. Sharma as Chief Business Officer for B2B, 3PL, and cross-border logistics.
