Info Edge Reports 15% Growth in Revenue
Info Edge, the parent company of Naukri and 99acres, has shown a 15% increase in its operating revenue during the second quarter of the current fiscal year (Q2 FY26), accompanied by a profit surge of four times. The company, based in Noida, saw its operating revenue rise to Rs 805 crore for Q2 FY26, up from Rs 701 crore in Q2 FY25, as indicated by documents from the National Stock Exchange (NSE).
Revenue Breakdown and Key Figures
The majority of Info Edge’s revenue comes from Naukri.com, which contributed Rs 582 crore for the quarter ending June 2025, reflecting a year-on-year growth of 13% compared to Q2 FY25. Additionally, 99acres reported revenue of Rs 115 crore. The company also earned Rs 162 crore from interest on deposits and investments, bringing the total revenue to Rs 967 crore in Q2 FY26.
On a half-yearly scale, Info Edge experienced a 16% increase in operating revenue, with figures rising from Rs 1,377 crore in H1 FY25 to Rs 1,596 crore in H1 FY26.
Expenditure Insights
In terms of expenses, Info Edge allocated 60% of its total expenditures to employee benefits, which saw an 11% year-on-year increase, totalling Rs 340 crore in Q2 FY26. Advertising and internet expenses were reported at Rs 108 crore and Rs 22 crore, respectively. Overall costs rose by 14% year-on-year, amounting to Rs 563 crore in Q2 FY26 compared to Rs 492 crore in Q2 FY25.
Profit and Market Performance
Info Edge’s profit skyrocketed fourfold to Rs 347 crore in Q2 FY26, primarily attributed to Rs 320 crore in deferred tax deductions implemented in the same period last year. This resulted in a profit of Rs 85 crore for Q2 FY25. For the six months concluding in September 2025, the company’s profit doubled to Rs 690 crore in H1 FY26, compared to Rs 343 crore in H1 FY25.
As of 1:54 PM today, Info Edge’s stock is trading at Rs 1,356, marking a 1% increase from the opening price. The company’s market capitalization stands at Rs 88,366 crore ($9.9 billion).
