OnePlus 15R Battery Size

OnePlus India recently shared via its X handle that the upcoming OnePlus 15R will come equipped with a substantial 7400mAh battery. The post announced, “The only thing that’ll run low is your worry.” Notably, this battery capacity surpasses that of the flagship OnePlus 15 model, promising enduring power in a budget-friendly package. Furthermore, it is expected to support 80W SuperVOOC wired charging.

Performance Features of OnePlus 15R

Previously, it was disclosed that the OnePlus 15R would be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, which is anticipated to deliver flagship-like performance. Additionally, the smartphone will feature a dedicated G2 WiFi chip and a touch response chip, providing a seamless gaming experience. Gamers can look forward to a smooth 120FPS gameplay for popular games such as Battle Grounds Mobile India (BGMI). Also, the device will boast a 165Hz display.

Design Updates for OnePlus 15R

In conjunction with these specifications, OnePlus has revealed a revamped design for the OnePlus 15R. The design aligns closely with the model of the OnePlus 15 but features enhanced durability, with IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance. To learn more about the additional features, enthusiasts will need to wait until the launch event on December 17, 2025.
