Wishlink, a creator-focused commerce startup, has successfully secured $17.5 million in a Series B funding round led by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India. This round also saw participation from existing investors, Fundamentum and Elevation Capital. This fundraising follows a two-year hiatus since its last round. In February 2024, Wishlink had closed a $7 million funding round with The Fundamentum Partnership Fund and Elevation Capital. Earlier, in October 2022, the startup completed its seed round, raising $3 million.
The newly acquired funds will be directed towards expanding creator and brand collaborations and enhancing its technology stack for consumers, creators, and brands alike. Founded in 2022 by Shaurya Gupta, Divyansh Ameta, and Chandan Yadav, Wishlink operates a platform centred around creator commerce, enabling product discovery through influencers. This platform assists creators in monetising their content while empowering brands to boost sales and customer acquisition.
Currently, Wishlink collaborates with over 40,000 active creators monthly, generating in excess of 300,000 pieces of content each month. The platform facilitates more than 6 million orders and drives over Rs 350 crore in monthly sales for its partner brands and e-commerce platforms. By employing data-driven tools, Wishlink aids brands in tracking performance across various stages while enhancing the shopping experience for consumers. Additionally, it provides creators with the opportunity to earn commissions through product-linked content.
As per its annual financial statement, Wishlink recorded a remarkable growth of 356% in revenue from operations, soaring to Rs 53.80 crore in FY25, up from Rs 11.79 crore in FY24. Meanwhile, losses remained relatively stable at Rs 18.79 crore, compared to Rs 18.22 crore the previous year.
