Creator Commerce Platform Wishlink Secures $17.5 Million Funding
Wishlink, a prominent creator commerce platform, has successfully raised $17.5 million in a Series B funding round, spearheaded by Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India. The round also saw the participation of existing investors, including Fundamentum and Elevation Capital.
Purpose of the Funding
The company has indicated that it will utilise the new funding to broaden its network of creators and brands. Furthermore, it plans to invest in technology aimed at enhancing shopping experiences for consumers, fostering better collaboration between creators and brands.
Influence of Creators in Commerce
Co-founder Shaurya Gupta expressed that in recent years, creators have played a significant role in shaping how consumers discover and purchase products. He emphasised the importance of building robust tech infrastructure to enable sustainable growth within this ecosystem, which in return will create substantial value for consumers, brands, and creators alike.
Platform Statistics
According to the platform’s claims, it boasts over 40,000 active content creators each month and collaborates with 500 brands and marketplaces. The platform has achieved over Rs 350 crore in monthly sales. It enables consumers to explore products across major e-commerce sites such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Meesho, and Shopsy, with recommendations provided by creators.

Previous Funding Rounds
Before this round, Wishlink raised $7 million in February 2024 with funding led by Fundamentum and Elevation Capital.
Competition in the Market
The startup faces competition from platforms such as Lehlah, which is supported by Nikhil Kamath.
