Actor Bobby Deol, alongside his wife Tania Deol, has bought five commercial office units in Andheri West, Mumbai, for approximately ₹15.05 crore through their company, Greenstone Investments Pvt Ltd, as revealed by property registration records obtained by CRE Matrix.
Details of the Purchase
The office spaces, spanning more than 3,400 square feet in total, are situated on the second floor of Yura Business Park – Phase 2 on Link Road in Andheri West.
Comparison with the Roshan Family
This acquisition places the Deol family in the same commercial vicinity as actor Hrithik Roshan and his family — comprising filmmaker Rakesh Roshan and Pramila (Pinkie) Roshan — who collectively possess around 10 office units on the third and fourth floors of the same building.
The Roshan family secured their units through various entities, including HRX Digitech LLP and Filmkunj (Bombay), in November 2025 for about ₹28 crore, based on information from Propstack.

Bobby Deol, the offspring of Bollywood icon Dharmendra and Prakash Kaur, has been a prominent figure in the film industry for over thirty years.
