Angoor AI Secures Funding for Customer Engagement Growth
Angoor AI, a platform dedicated to customer interaction through AI technology, has successfully raised Rs 2 crore in its pre-seed funding round, primarily led by Venturizer. The round also attracted various angel investors, such as Uday Sodhi, Tarun Billa, and Mayank Singh Tomar. The funds will be directed towards developing the enterprise sales team, enhancing product and engineering capacities, and reinforcing the product-led growth approach.
Founded in 2023 by Arpit Agrawal, Anuj Agrawal, and Rishabh Kumar, Angoor AI provides a platform designed to streamline customer engagement across multiple channels, including WhatsApp, email, web, calls, and social media. This platform works seamlessly with existing CRM, marketing, and support tools, offering a consolidated customer perspective while facilitating automation in acquisition, engagement, and support realms.
Since achieving product-market fit in mid-2025, Angoor AI has successfully onboarded more than 20 brands from India and the UK, including notable names such as Sanfe, InstaAstro, Apps For Bharat, and Rupyz. Moving forward, Angoor AI is set to target the US market as part of its upcoming growth phase.
