In a recent announcement, the firm revealed its rebranding to Enlighten Capital, signifying its evolution into a comprehensive micro VC fund.
Enlighten Capital is also commencing the fundraising for its Rs 100 crore greenshoe option, designed to enhance its support for emerging entrepreneurs in India.
