Mamaearth’s Impressive Q4 FY26 Financial Results
Mamaearth, operated by Honasa Consumer, unveiled its financial performance for the final quarter of the previous fiscal year (Q4 FY26) on Thursday. This Gurugram-based firm achieved a notable 23% increase in scale, along with a profit of Rs 69.4 crore for the quarter.
Revenue Growth in Q4 FY26
Mamaearth’s revenue from operations jumped to Rs 657 crore in Q4 FY26, up from Rs 534 crore in Q4 FY25, based on the financial records obtained from the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). For the entire fiscal year, Mamaearth’s operating revenue rose by 15.7% to reach Rs 2,392 crore in FY26, compared to Rs 2,067 crore in FY25.
Overall Revenue and Non-Operating Activities
The company did not provide a revenue breakdown for the last quarter. However, it generated Rs 19 crore from non-operating activities, resulting in total revenue of Rs 676 crore for Q4 FY26.
Strong Performance of The Derma Co.
According to the shareholders’ letter, The Derma Co. has shown exceptional growth, doubling its performance year-on-year in Q4 FY26. The brand has broadened its offline presence, now reaching over 30,000 general trade outlets. In addition, Reginald Men, a men’s grooming brand, has surpassed an annual recurring revenue (ARR) of Rs 100 crore.
Expenditure Breakdown
For the direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand, the cost of product procurement represented 33% of total expenses, which increased by 20% to Rs 197 crore in Q4 FY26, compared to Rs 156 crore in Q4 FY25. Employee benefit expenses surged by 32% to Rs 71 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 48 crore in Q4 FY25. Marketing, legal, rent, and additional overhead costs contributed to a total expense increase of 13.8%, amounting to Rs 594 crore in Q4 FY26, up from Rs 522 crore in Q4 FY25.
Profit After Tax
The bottom line reflects a profit after tax of Rs 69.4 crore in Q4 FY26, a significant rise from Rs 25 crore in Q4 FY25. On a unit basis, the company incurred Re 0.90 to generate one rupee of operating revenue. Over the full fiscal year, it recorded a profit of Rs 200 crore in FY26, a substantial increase from Rs 72.6 crore in FY25.
Dividend Declaration
Significantly, the board of Honasa Consumer has approved its inaugural dividend of Rs 3 per equity share, resulting in a total payout of around Rs 98 crore.
At the close of Thursday’s trading session, Mamaearth’s parent company shares were valued at Rs 361.7, bringing the total market capitalisation to Rs 11,786 crore ($1.2 billion).
