According to the startup, its AI technology can conduct interviews with a multitude of customers at once, producing comprehensive reports that include video clips and customer quotes in just a few hours. The platform is offered as both a research service and an enterprise integration product.

Alchemic has reported a remarkable five-fold revenue growth over the past six months. It operates within the AI-driven customer insights sector, where companies are leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline research and collect feedback. Notable global players in this field include Listen Labs, Outset, Conveo, and Strella.
