Recently, it secured Rs 1.2 crore in pre-seed funding, with the investment led by angel investor Jasmine Sarupria. The new capital will be utilised to expedite product development, improve AI capabilities, broaden the customer base, expand the team, and enhance operational scaling, as stated by Edysor.ai in a press announcement.
Co-founded in January 2020 by Atishaya Jain, Abhinav Jain, Gunjan Pancholi, and Fivos Radis, Edysor.ai provides a voice AI solution that enables companies to engage instantly, qualify, and convert leads through human-like conversations powered by AI. This startup, located in Udaipur, pivoted towards AI in 2024, offering enterprise-grade voice AI agents for various industries including real estate, BPO, D2C, automotive, ed-tech, healthcare, and BFSI.
The platform adopts an outcome-based pricing model, charging businesses based on results rather than runtime. Edysor.ai’s voice AI agents tackle the issue of delayed lead responses, where the average Indian enterprise typically takes six to twelve hours to follow up on an incoming lead. In contrast, the agents respond within seconds, engaging in real adaptive conversations, qualifying prospects, addressing objections, and moving leads down the sales funnel without human intervention.
According to Edysor.ai, it has successfully acquired 15 customers within two months of launching, onboarding two to three new clients weekly. The platform has reached a monthly recurring revenue of $3,000 and has seen a remarkable 300 per cent increase in voice minute consumption month-on-month. Clients report returns of 15 to 20 times on their investment from AI-driven sales qualification alone.
The startup highlights that numerous clients are conducting over 50,000 to 100,000 AI-powered calls each month, and its services are currently implemented across sectors such as real estate, BPO, D2C, automotive, EdTech, healthcare, and BFSI. Notable clients include Chanakya University, Madanapalle Institute of Technology & Science, Global Tree, Ambuja, Rainmaker, Pyrotech, and PU Sterling College, among others.
A market report suggests that the global conversational AI market is expected to exceed $50 billion by 2030. Looking to the future, Edysor.ai aims to deepen vertical integrations, facilitate larger enterprise deployments, and expand its AI product roadmap from voice-first to comprehensive funnel automation.
