Veriqus Group Raises Rs 387 Crore in Funding for Wealth Management Expansion

Mumbai based wealthtech company Veriqus Group has successfully obtained Rs 387 crore (approximately $40 million) in a funding round led by Norwest Venture Partners. The company is set to utilise this new capital to broaden its network of wealth creators, reinforce its AI-driven wealth management platform, and enhance its presence in Tier II and other rapidly developing cities in India.

About Veriqus Group

Established by Roshi Jain and Anand Khatau, Veriqus offers advanced technology and wealth management solutions tailored for financial advisors and wealth creators. Their platform effectively integrates investment products, portfolio management, and AI-powered tools designed to assist advisors in managing and increasing client assets.

Current Operations and Future Goals

The company collaborates with over 500 wealth creators who collectively oversee assets amounting to more than Rs 1.2 lakh crore. Veriqus aims to extend this network while also improving its presence beyond major metropolitan areas, where the demand for proficient wealth management services is on the rise.

Funding for Product Development and Innovation

According to Veriqus, the newly acquired funding will also facilitate product development, including enhancements in AI capabilities aimed at boosting advisor productivity, offering insightful portfolio analyses, and enhancing client engagement.

Indian Wealthtech Funding Landscape

As highlighted by data from Startup Superb, Indian wealthtech startups procured over $634 million through 51 funding rounds involving 39 startups during 2024 and 2025. In the current calendar year, notable raise amounts include AssetPlus with $19.3 million, Wint Wealth securing $28 million, Neo Group obtaining $36.3 million, Bachatt garnering $12 million, and companies such as Prime Investor, Rovia, CREST, and HyperNorm also attracting new investments.
