Arboreal Bioinnovations Raises Rs 230 Crore in Series A Funding

Arboreal Bioinnovations, known for its innovative technology in specialty food and nutraceutical ingredients, has successfully raised Rs 230 crore (over $24 million) in a Series A funding round. This round was co-led by EAAA, the alternatives division of Edelweiss, alongside Omnivore, with support from existing investor Rainmatter by Zerodha. The funds will be utilised to enhance manufacturing capacity, bolster research and development, and expedite the commercialisation of its advanced functional ingredients, as reported in a company press release.
