Snabbit Achieves Record Growth in Home Services

Snabbit has made a significant achievement by completing over 115,000 jobs in a single day, as noted by the company. This quick home services startup has also shown enhancements in its unit economics during the first quarter of FY27. Snabbit reported that it successfully managed around 4 million jobs in the main househelp category during Q1 FY27, with its consolidated Net Order Value (NOV), accounting for customer discounts, exceeding Rs 130. Additionally, the burn per job reduced by more than Rs 100 quarter on quarter, falling to below Rs 250.

The company’s growth trajectory has been impressive, scaling from approximately 400 daily jobs to upwards of 115,000 jobs each day in less than two years. Earlier this year, it crossed the 50,000 daily jobs and one million monthly jobs benchmarks.

Snabbit now operates in 10 cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad, Noida, Faridabad, Pune, and Hyderabad, covering over 150 micromarkets. The company continues to concentrate on boosting density within existing neighbourhoods to enhance fulfilment efficiency and foster customer retention.

Early traction has also been reported in newer categories like Home Cooks and Salon at Home. Founder and CEO Aayush Agarwal mentioned that mature micromarkets are now recording more than 2,500 jobs a day, with various residential communities achieving over 500 daily jobs. He expressed that the company anticipates a further enhancement of its consolidated NOV by 15% to 20% in the forthcoming months.

Currently, Snabbit provides more than 100,000 earning opportunities daily for its network of over 25,000 Experts and has supported eShram registration for eligible workers on its platform. This announcement follows Snabbit’s successful $56 million Series D funding round, raising its total capital to $112 million.

This growth announcement comes as competition intensifies in the quick home services sector. Rival Urban Company’s InstaHelp also reached over 100,000 delivered orders in a single day on Sunday, achieving this milestone at 5:54 PM, with the final count projected to be even higher.

As per a recent report by Moneycontrol, InstaHelp processed around 1.9 million orders in July, surpassing Snabbit’s 1.85 million, while Pronto recorded over 1.25 million bookings. Snabbit has reaffirmed that its expansion is not primarily attributed to aggressive discounting, noting that its consolidated NOV exceeded Rs 130 even after factoring in customer discounts.
