Astrotalk Store: A Leader in Spiritual Products and Gemstones
Astrotalk Store, the e-commerce division of Astrotalk, has attained a daily GMV run rate of approximately Rs 1 crore and has managed to process 1.6 million orders in 2025. This growth comes as the company recently introduced a dedicated platform for gemstones, aiming to broaden its footprint in the spiritual products market.
Introduction of Spiritual and Wellness Products
Since its launch in November 2024, Astrotalk Store has been offering a range of spiritual and wellness items, including Rudraksha, Pyrite, crystal jewellery, zodiac bracelets, Vastu items, spiritual combos, and yantras. The company initiated this venture with an investment of Rs 30 lakh to explore the market potential in this category.
Growing Demand Driven by Astrology Consultations
The increasing demand for these offerings has been linked to suggestions made during astrology consultations. Astrotalk Store was designed to provide an organised shopping experience, emphasising the importance of sourcing authenticity.
Launch of a Standalone Gemstones Platform
Astrotalk has unveiled a separate platform for gemstones, presenting both precious and semi-precious stones, which come with lab certification, astrological advice, and a replacement policy. The company has identified that the gemstones category is still disjointed due to insufficient transparency regarding sourcing and certification.
Expanding Product Range
Each month, the company adds over 30 new items across various categories. Anmol Jain, a co-founder of Astrotalk, mentioned that there has been a strong focus on sourcing, merchandising, and rolling out new products over the last year. The intention behind the specialised gemstones platform is to instil customer confidence in this segment.
Consistent Growth and Future Plans
GoKwik, the provider of checkout solutions for Astrotalk Store, highlighted the brand’s consistent growth and its role in creating a structured online marketplace for spiritual commerce. Earlier this year, Astrotalk disclosed that its e-commerce segment generated more than Rs 140 crore in revenue in 2025, operating at an annualised revenue run rate of over Rs 200 crore.
Investment in Scaling Operations
Furthermore, the company announced an additional investment of Rs 40 crore aimed at enhancing inventory, fortifying the supply chain, and expanding product categories. At that time, Astrotalk Store had over 300 SKUs available and indicated plans to introduce an additional 500 products by FY27.
