Ultrahuman Raises Rs 583 Crore in Series C Funding Round
Ultrahuman is making waves in the wearable tech industry by securing Rs 583 crore (approximately $60 million) in its Series C funding round. This round is spearheaded by Qualcomm Ventures, with contributions from Alpha Wave, Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings, Deepinder Goyal, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Steadview Capital, GGM Family Trust, Krypton Fund, among others.
The board at Ultrahuman has approved a special resolution to issue 3,623 Series C and 3,832 Series C1 compulsorily convertible preference shares at an issue price of Rs 7,79,500 and Rs 7,85,300, respectively. This strategic move is aimed at raising the mentioned funds, per regulatory filings obtained from the Registrar of Companies (RoC).
Leading the funding round, Qualcomm Ventures commits Rs 143 crore, with Alpha Wave following closely with an investment of Rs 114 crore. Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings will invest Rs 95 crore, while Blume Ventures is set to contribute Rs 90 crore. Deepinder Goyal’s investment will amount to Rs 47.4 crore, with Nexus Venture Partners and Krypton Fund adding Rs 18.9 crore and Rs 15 crore, respectively. The remaining funds will come from GGM Family Trust, Steadview Capital, InCred Wealth, Joy Bhakat, and other investors.
As per estimates by Startup Superb, this funding round values Ultrahuman at around $363 million post-money, representing a 65% increase from its earlier Series B valuation. The company plans to allocate these fresh funds towards growth, expansion, and general corporate expenses.
Previous reports from July highlighted that Ultrahuman was in discussions to raise an additional $60 million.
It is noteworthy that Ultrahuman’s co-founders, Mohit Kumar and Vatsal Singhal, previously sold their first venture, Runnr, to Zomato in September 2017. Zomato later integrated Runnr, merging it with Mumbai-based TinyOwl to enhance its in-house delivery network.
Ultrahuman is known for its self-quantification platform, offering innovative products such as the Ring Air smart ring, the M1 Live glucose monitoring device, and the Blood Vision blood testing platform, among others. Prior to this funding, the company had already raised over $60 million, which included a $35 million Series B round and a $17.5 million Series A round back in October 2022.
In the fiscal year 2025, Ultrahuman reported revenue of Rs 565 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 73 crore, with projections estimating revenue to reach Rs 1,000 crore for FY26.
