OTPless, a prominent identity and access management startup, has appointed Satyam Nathani and Tanmay Sagar as CEO and COO, respectively, as stated in its latest press release. This leadership shift emerges as the Bengaluru-based firm embarks on a new growth phase.

Founders’ Background and Achievements

Nathani and Sagar co-founded OTPless in 2023, and since then, they have successfully expanded the platform to over 300 million users and achieved an annualised revenue of Rs 36 crore, marking a remarkable 2.5X growth from the previous year. The startup, which has a team of 12 members, has reported profitability for the last two quarters.

Founders’ Previous Experience

Before launching OTPless, both Nathani and Sagar dropped out of IIT Delhi to join BharatPe as founding team members, playing vital roles in the fintech firm’s rapid growth and its journey toward becoming a unicorn.

OTPless delivers advanced authentication and identity solutions to consumer businesses, utilising cutting-edge technologies like Silent Network Authentication, WhatsApp Authentication, Device Intelligence, and Passkeys. The platform currently authenticates over 300 million mobile users and serves clients such as Meesho, Navi, PhysicsWallah, ShareChat, Shiprocket, ixigo, and Zepto.

Investment and Future Prospects

The company has successfully raised $6.5 million from prestigious investors, including Venture Highway, White Venture, FJ Labs, SIDBI, and Piper Serica.
