Disha AI-Powered Health Coaching Platform Raises Rs 43.88 Crore in Series A Funding

Disha, previously known as Curelink, is an AI-driven health coaching platform that provides personalised support for diet, fitness, and chronic care. The platform has successfully raised Rs 43.88 crore in a Series A funding round led by General Catalyst, with additional participation from existing investor Elevation Capital. Previously, Disha secured $3.5 million (around Rs 26 crore) in a seed round backed by Elevation Capital and Venture Highway.

According to regulatory documents reviewed by Startup Superb, Disha’s board has approved the issuance of 12,309 Series A Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares (CCPS) at a price of Rs 35,643.64 each to raise the stated amount. General Catalyst contributed Rs 38.20 crore, while Elevation Capital and Flamel Performing Creatives Private Limited invested Rs 5.20 crore and Rs 48 lakh respectively. As estimated by Startup Superb, Disha’s post-money valuation has risen by 52% to approximately Rs 288 crore, up from Rs 190 crore in the prior funding round.

The new funds will be allocated towards fulfilling working capital needs, enhancing AI models and the technology platform, expanding business operations, strengthening the capital base, and supporting general corporate activities, according to the filings.

Disha operates as an AI-driven health coaching platform by Curelink, providing customised diet, fitness, and chronic care assistance in 15 conditions across Hindi, English, and Hinglish, available 24/7. The platform boasts 70 lakh sign-ups, with 3 lakh active users and 1.4 crore messages exchanged. Following the recent funding allotment, Aman Singla and Divyansh Jain have emerged as the primary stakeholders in Disha, each holding 31.10%. General Catalyst owns 13.33%, followed by Elevation Capital at 9.96% and the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) pool at 9.02%. Venture Highway holds 4.07%, while Flamel Performing Creatives possesses 0.17%.

Angel investors include Vijay Shekhar Sharma (Founder & CEO of Paytm), Ankush Sachdeva (Cofounder & CEO of ShareChat), and Digital Sparrow Capital, with each holding approximately 0.16% in Disha. The company has yet to disclose its FY26 financials. Disha has seen its revenue soar to Rs 4.91 crore in FY25, almost doubling from Rs 2.47 crore in FY24. Simultaneously, its loss decreased by 22.5% to Rs 4.45 crore from Rs 5.74 crore during the same fiscal period.
